Why Choose This Document Bag?

• Important papers get a home: Passports, birth certificates, insurance policies and property documents usually live in a drawer. This gives them one place, ready to grab.
• The lock matters for some recipients: Confidential files, client papers and personal documents are handled differently when the bag can be locked.
• It holds A4 flat: At 37 x 27cm, certificates and contracts go in without being folded, which is the whole point of a document bag.
• 600D Oxford is the working grade: Heavier than everyday bag fabric, which is what keeps its shape when it is full.
• Three colours that suit the brief: Black, Grey and Navy all read as professional, which matters for a bag carried into a client meeting.

Building a Business Travel Set?

A document bag sits well with the rest of a travel kit. Pair it with a Transparent PVC Toiletries Pouch and an EVA Travel Tech Pouch so papers, liquids and cables each have a place, and add a Custom Luggage Strap With TSA Lock with a Custom PVC Luggage Tag for the case itself. A Custom A5 Business Notebook with Magnetic Closure and an Office Metal Executive Pen complete an executive set, with Custom Paper Bags With Logo for the handover.

More than a bag, this is where the documents people cannot replace end up living. It sits in a cupboard between trips, comes out for the airport, the bank and the lawyers office, and holds everything that matters in one place. Gifts that take away a small recurring worry stay in use for years.

Everything important, in one bag you can lock. Contact us now to talk about custom document bags for your corporate gifts.
